What you get when you join
This is not a feature checklist. It is how visibility, relationships, and operations fit together when your business lives on MyTabbi.
Show up where cat owners already look
Most pet businesses do not struggle because they lack software. They struggle because the right people never see them. Cat owners on MyTabbi are already building profiles, following businesses, and searching for groomers, sitters, and clinics near them.
Your public business profile is how you meet them there — hours, locations, services, photos. Search and verification deepen trust over time. Reviews come from real customers in the ecosystem, not anonymous stars on a listing site nobody checks.
Less chaos across the channels you already juggle
You might still use Square at the counter. Calendly for a subset of clients. A group text with your staff. That is fine.
MyTabbi gives you a home for what happens on the platform — who booked, which cats are involved, what your team should see, and conversations that do not get buried in Instagram requests from three weeks ago. Scheduling and customer history support the relationship. They are not the whole pitch.
Add more when it makes sense
Marketplace, native payments, and deeper retention tools arrive as the ecosystem matures. Some businesses will lean in early. Others will start with visibility and a cleaner inbox. Both are valid.
We are not asking you to rip out your stack on day one. We are building a platform you can grow into — because the ecosystem itself is what you are joining.
Common questions
Do I have to stop using Square or Calendly?
No. Many businesses will keep tools that work. MyTabbi adds discovery and connection on top. If you eventually want more in one place, that can happen naturally — not because we forced a migration on signup.
What should I expect at early access?
We onboard in waves. Early partners get visibility and core relationship tools first. Marketplace and payments follow in later phases — you will see them marked coming soon until they ship.
